Just two notes:
1) failed to extract archive, had to copy all files manually and paste in new folder.
2) Too long action name in contextmenu - maybe it icould be better to remove the name from each line? or maybe somehow shorten the action name?

It is just simple enought and allow to do simple manipulation without starting the Gimp.
One suggestion:
Can the install script check for imageMagick installed and, if not ask the beginner(as me) to install this package?
thanks

2) when custom resizing an image, if I click "Cancel" I get an error dialog about a missing file, while effective resizing works quite well.
(this is not a bug)
3) how can I send you italian translation? simply diff the files? (i'm going to add labels for "it" in the service files)
Thanks!

This line should be:
Actions=JPEG;PNG;GIF;TIF;ConvCustom;Rot90;Rot180;Rot270;RotCustom;Flip;Flop

The resize image tool is too constrainant !
Should be good is, in more of the predefined resolutions, to add "Other resolution..." entry that show a dialog tht ask for arbitrar resolutions...
Would be very good to not have to open Gimp for my webpage (I don't use this for wallpapers).

(Remplace!) --> (Replace)
You might also want to have the first screenshot in english too instead of french... =)
Good job!

But I've got a little work in the install: In my system (SuSE 9.0) the install script had problems with
kdeinstdir=`kde-config --prefix`
but worked with
kdeinstdir='/opt/kde3'

The only thing missing is the ability to attach images to a new email and resize them before (kdialog shoud be helpful too).
Anyway, it is by far the best image service menu I've seen.
