You can try out that easily:
- Upload the file to your root directory of your phone
- If it says the new incoming item saved to "other" folder, or it isn't receives it, it isn't supports that

SETUP:
First, you need to setup your amarok shortcuts.
Find your amarokrc file (for me it's in ~/.kde/share/config/amarokrc) and replace the [Shortcuts] section with this:
[Shortcuts]
mute=Win+Minus
next=Win+W
play_pause=Win+C;Alt+Ctrl+P
playlist_add=none
prev=Win+S;XF86AudioPrev
seekbackward=Win+A
seekforward=Win+D
voldn=Win+Down
volup=Win+Up
(If you haven't got already, upload the amacontrol.hid to your phone)
Then, find your mobile:
hcitool scan
Scanning ...
00:11:22:33:44:55 YourMobile'sName
And try to connect to it:
sudo hidd --connect 00:11:22:33:44:55
If all good, your phone asks you for starting up the remote controller, press ok and select amacontrol!
Thats all.
Enyoj!

P.s.: The icons isn't my creations. It's the pieces of the kde and the amarok default iconsets.

I had to add line: HIDD_ENABLED=1 to /etc/default/bluez-utils then restart bluetooth and connect again. Unfortunately this .hid does not generates the right keystrokes on my k610i
An easy way to get the keys to be right is to connect up the remote, then go into amarok's global shortcuts, and edit each control, using your remote - then it doesn't matter what actual key it is actually. Alternatively the .hid file is just an xml file that you can edit yourself with a little help from an hid reference sheet (google).
Yes! Do as he said. Or, this can helps you to make something like this: http://the.taoofmac.com/space/SonyEricsson/HID%20Profiles You need to know, the .hid is just a simple tar file, that contains an xml and an image file. Not too hard.
Not working for me :( My k610i tries to connect but fails. Do I need to enable a service on linux?

Works flawlessly on my w810i. Thank you for that, it's just what I've been looking for. :)
