KOmnibook is a front-end to the omnibook kernel module.It performs similarly to acpi monitoring functions, but it is not a replacement for it. However, it is much easier to use, not likely to fail and provides a much cleaner interface to several options of your portable computer.Download the module at http://sourceforge.net/projects/omke and check if your computer is supported; if it is, use it along with komnibook to make using a notebook or laptop with linux more convinient and safe.

- fixed a bug that caused the tooltip to flicker depending on where the system tray applet was in the screen;
