Description: Xcursor theme changer that doesn't require KDE or restarting X server. additionally it can import StarDock's CursorXP and CursorFX themes without external tools.
part of the GUI and Xcursor theme changing code taken from KDE (but XCurTheme does not need KDE installed!). thanks, KDE team! this code is licensed under GPL.
CursorXP/CursorFX import is completely mine, and it's licensed under WTFPL.
WARNING: you should have Xcursor and Xfixes at least version 2.0 installed. any modern disto suits fine.

i was really shocked by the fact that there is no such program in my internets, and that nobody reversed CursorFX file format. so i have no other choise than to do it myself. %-)

I would find a program to convert cursorfx themes of great value--how do I get hold of one that I can download and run?
