oppen a terminal
go to the folder wehre are the files
tipe in the terminal
qmake
make

if you have not install ap-hotspot
install it

run a terminal and copy & past
or tipe it in the terminal

sudo add-apt-repository
ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install ap-hotspot

after does you have to run
sudo ap-hotspot configure
in a terminal
