What about adding a simple demo project?
I no time fo this now, but in plans I will add new features to this class, such as - option for dragging not full widgets to avoid repaint for heavyweight widgets - option for break/glue the splitters by ctrl+mouse for more flexibility

Thank you. I can't see the "grab indicator" (little lines showing that you can grab the grey line to reize the quad. It's in your screenshot, but not in the sample code
If you set to your application Motif style you got grab indicator. i use standart style drawing - so splitters in quadsplitter will looks as other splitters in your app. Also, you may try to set style sheets.

archive just checked(downloaded and extracted correctly) - all ok. I test it with 7z.
