Which karamba theme is that? The two I found for superkaramba are crap.
How did you get your toolbar to look like that? did you use a program? did you use karamba?

What's so great about that MacOSX-style? It looks like everything will flow away. And if I sit in front of such system (or maybe a real MacOSX) I just cannot use it. It confuses my eyes...
