Hey,

this is how my KDE currently looks like. I wanted to make it really at least as good looking as OS X or Win 7, but not just a clone of those themes, it should be different and unique.
For the Plasma theme I just mixed several other themes together.
The kde window manager theme is "Nitrogen", a modification of the Oxygen theme, you can find it on KDE-Look.
