iowlircemu-0.3-test-p1 is a patch against the current version iowlircemu-0.3-test.
It tries to fix a problem which prevents the remote control feature of iowlircemu from working. The problem is indicated by the error message "accept connection: Socket operation on non-socket" when clients (such as iowremote_amarok) try to connect to the remote control socket (/dev/lircd). Currently it's more a workaround than a fix, though.

Has anyone tested if iowremote_amarok also works with LIRC (http://www.lirc.org/)?
