German Radio Streams Service

Description:

This amarok script provides streams for some German Radio Stations. The list should be almost complete (838 stations!), however if you still miss a station, feel free to send me a message, so i can update the script.

If some streams are broken or do not work please tell me so i can update the stream urls.

If you vote this script as bad, please leave a comment and tell me what is bad about the script. Thanks.

the egofm stream isn't working anymore.
New stream url: http://edge.live.mp3.mdn.newmedia.nacamar.net/ps-egofm_192/livestream.mp3

Still points to an incorrect URL. The correct one is http://player.ffn.de/tunein_ffn.pls

amarok is not responding if double klicking on any stream from FFH, maybe the server changed?

FFH Rock is now available under address
http://mp3.ffh.de/ffhchannels/hqrock.aac

Please check and fix all FFH radio station streams:
http://www.ffh.de/musik/webradios/stream-adressen.html

it seems the detektor.fm stream urls have changed to:
http://detektor.fm/stream/mp3/musik/

Hello, could you please add FluxFM (http://www.fluxfm.de/) in the next version? It seems to be the successor of MotorFM, which isn't available anymore.

Can you add the 24h Zündfunk stream?
This is an official BR stream which repeats Zündfunk from the day before fo 24 hours non stop:

Motor FM is missing, it was in the old list. Stream adresses are:

Special Tip for all Kubuntu-Users of the actual version "Natty": Kubuntu has changed the sound backend for Phonon from "Xine" to "GStreamer". I remarked for myself that GStreamer doesn't work fine together with Phonon, the KDE sound system. So make sure that in amarok's settings "Xine" is chosen as the default backend.

since 1. Januar 2011 ffn Rock, ffn Live ffn 80ies aren't streamed anymore.

And since your last update peppermint.fm seams to be missing.

Hello Ines,

thanks for the hint. I will remove the discontinued streams and add peppermint.fm. That one most likely got lost with the big stream merge that happend with 0.30. I will try to release a new version at the weekend.
