Description:

Minimal window decorations, simply a one-pixel border, with the intent being
to maximize useful screen area.

The user will want to have some window actions set for moving and resizing
windows, such as the default Alt-LeftClick for moving and Alt-RightClick
for resizing. Alt- may be used for Minimizing/Maximizing/Closing,
and Alt- for direct closing. Other shortcuts may be defined for other
window actions.
