The folder New1984.tar.gz contains two files:
1. New1984.png, the wallpaper (1024*768)
2. New1984.svg, the Inkscape .svg file in case you want to alter some things
„1984“ is a book by George Orwell. It describes a society where everyone is under surveilance. Please read that book.
The year 2009 brought 1984 to Germany. Our gouvernment finds it necessary to big brother more than 80 million people for the sake of the fight against terrorism. Our gouvernment sacrifices freedom on the altar of false feelings of security.

The face in this wallpaper is that of the man in charge, Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble. Unfortunately he's a mighty and really brilliant discourser.
