A set of English speech synthesised sounds (using espeak) that give a description of event notifications for the system and various applications.

You can of course make the kttsd say the text of notifications but I prefer to define my own message.

The word rate is deliberately above normal to keep the notification brief.

A script is provided to recreate the sounds as you like.
