Do you also have his
hairylovely mug for your desktop background? If only Linus had written "GNU" as well....this is the lameeeeeeeeeest of all dude lemme ask u can u listen 2 it more than 1 time
>dude lemme ask u >can u listen 2 it more than 1 time And let me ask you: Can you form a correct sentence? I think of this more as a philosophic issue than of a great performance.
Stallman's feelings about free software are everwhere. The song wasn't necessary.
How do you withstand this horrible sound? But woted good nevertheless ;)
Thanks. Yep, not similar to 5.1 Surround... I think it was recorded with him sitting at his desk in a likely spartan office. Maybe I would call it "authentic". Do you know the music-video of this song interpreted by "The GNU-staff"? It's a very nice performance. You'll find it in the WWW or on the DVD of the Film "Revolution OS".
Good idea, but the sound isn't great. There's also a heavy metal/growl version available by Jono Bacon. And a rap/rock version by fenster. http://www.gnu.org/music/free-software-song.html
That was the "GNU/Stallmans" and that version (while sounding better) still had those ghastly lyrics. Stallman should "keep his day job"....
