Description:

Pling-Store is an Installer and Content Management App for OCS-compatible websites like pling.com, gnome-look.org, appimagehub.com, etc.

It allows to download, install and apply desktop themes, icon themes, wallpapers, or mouse cursors directly under various desktop environments using the "Install"-button.

Currently supported are these desktop environments:
KDE Plasma, Gnome, XFCE, Mate, Cinnamon, Budgie, LXQt, Elementary and Enlightenment.

Using the Appimage package format, it should work on any distro like Ubuntu, Debian, Arch, Suse, Redhat and many more.

# Installation with AppImageLauncher

If you never used an Appimage before, we recommend this tool to make AppImages run, install/uninstall and update on your Linux OS:

(Please see if AppImageLauncher offers native packages for your distro, if not, you may request it in the issue section.)

After installing AppImageLauncher, you can simply Double-Click on the Pling-Store Appimage to run or install it.

# Manual Run

To try the Pling-Store without installing, you can simply make it exectuable and (double-)click on it.

Can you install packages "libgconf-2-4" and "libxss1", if no installed these packages on your system.

Yes, OCS-Store has using a Qt program internally to manage files and functions of Linux desktop environment.

Nice - but when I download a file it downloads automatically to my Download folder and I always have to sort the downloaded files afterwards. Can you please add an option to always *ask* where to download to?

Love the idea. For me, however, the KDE Store does not seem to install icon packs to the correct location (.local/share/icons/). Downloads successfully, but does not show up in system settings.

Please try version 2.1.1, we fixed a file installation problem, and another thing, install packages like unzip for archives.

I am also experiencing this problem, but I am on version 2.1.1 and it is still an issue for me. Am I on the wrong version or has there not been a more permanent fix for this yet?

Got it to run under Ubuntu 20.04, but it would be nice if comment config files were in English. Now I have to to a lot of translating, not sure what language it is in that would help.

The website doesn't load properly, links simply don't show and I have to reload several times for them to appear and when I click a link it simply doesn't open and shows 'internal error'.
