Description:

Ubuntu Touch Plasma is a theme that give you the feeling of Ubuntu Touch.
It's based on numix kde plasma and Ubuntu-Touch (Unity+Cinnamon).

if you would like to match plasma with gtk you can you use oomox.
just copy Ubuntu-Touch-Dark to ~/.config/oomox/color
then run oomox and export the theme to your .themes directory.

I like this theme but under KDE Plasma 5.12 on openSUSE Tumbleweed it's got this weird orange line right above the plasma panel that I think isn't meant to be there: https://imgur.com/a/fk79p. If relevant my icon theme is Obsidian Aqua, Breeze cursor theme, fusion widget style (happened with Breeze too), Breezemite window decorations, Breeze GTK2 theme and Ant GTK3 theme.

For a while it seemed fixed but I rebooted and it's there again. I also installed 0.4 and it's there. Here's a screenshot with 0.4: https://imgur.com/WYo6YbF.png.

you can apply 0.02 because 0.03 and 0.04 meant to be similar to the original theme https://cn.pling.com/img//hive/content-pre2/168490-2.png. Also, I haven't change anything in 0.03 and 0.04 except the orange border.
