This enables an autocomplete of all CSS properties listed on w3schools. I have added an extra $new snippet at the top which outputs "blank { }" Replace the blank with what you need and press tab to automatically place you ready to type properties. If you are starting a new file, you won't get autocomplete till you change the file type to CSS.
