I agree, it's totally illegal to package MS fonts in RPM form. For a legal automatic way of getting those fonts, see http://www.linuxquebec.com/~nomis80/msttf.

Its easyer to a regular user to install a static package and have the correct fonts already in his machine.
Why not just setup and make a script to automataclly downloads them and installs them instead like SuSE does ?
This breaks copyright laws. Thats why in Debian when you install the MS-Fonts it downloads them for you. Packing and redistributing them is illegal.
