NOTE, THIS IS *NOT* AN "REAL" EULA, but an *template* to use, for if you want people to tell them what they should do behind your PC, warn them etc...
example:
*you installed Linux on somebody's PC, using this program you can easily give them some help/advice.
*school network? "do not use this PC to do thing non-school related"...
*"remember not to open program A, coz, that would screw your PC", or something like that.
*"I've changed some things in your account! Check your mail!"
note: It will only run 1 time, after wich it will delete itself (that is the start-up script), so you could use it as an license to show people, who are for the first time behind your PC what the rules are

I would like to see something like xmotd for kde. It pops up a "welcome message" whenever the admin changes the motd on the net.
The idea is verry good altho I would suggest a different style diologe box. More like a balloon of some sort and make it dissapear after a suretain time or condition.
What's the use of an EULA (or any message you want people to read) if it disappears by itself after a while?
why is it in white colour? It should be the same as normal dialog.
because my theme is white, if your theme is black, it will probably be black
