iPlastic

This color theme is based on Sublime Text iPlastic theme.
Since there are tons of programming languages that are supported by Kate, I hova not done all of them yet.
I converted the following syntax colors from Sublime Text:

[li]C#[/li]
[li]CSS[/li]
[li]HTML[/li]
[li]PHP[/li]
[li]Python[/li]
[li]SQL[/li]
[li]XML[/li]
Others may look good, but not correctly set yet.
