This is a modification of the original Usplash Screen, with the name of the version and the shadow of the pet, the Ibex.

I hope you like it.

I would say, if Usplash themes have actual code in them (not sure). Then I guess go for GPL, that way everyone else has to be open-sourced, everyone who takes yours that is.
