1) tar -xvf ~/Downloads/matrix.splashscreen.tar.gz && plasmapkg2 -t lookandfeel -i matrix.splashscreen
2) System Settings >>> Workspace Theme >>> Splash Screen

It's not a screenshot with simple progress bar ? (source code seem to say yes)

Screenshot would be nice.
But likely Matrix isnt MIT License though (unless you drew the artwork yourself or is CC licensed itself).
