Caveat emptor! At first glance this theme looks interesting because all foreground/background color combinations seem to be readable, which is the most important thing in a theme ... BUT, the color orders are nonstandard! You end up with green text displayed in red for example. To make is download more interesting for the public, it would be interesting if you could repost it with the colors in a standard order: 0 background (black in a "dark" theme), 1 red, 2 green, 3 orange, 4 blue, 5 purple, 6 cyan, 7 foreground (white in a "dark" theme).
Sorry, this comment about all foreground/background color combinations was meant for your other Tango theme. This one doesn't have this important property: look at colors 4, 5 and 6, they don't work together at all. Colors 3 and 7 also have the problem. About the color ordering, this is probably a bug in the port from Xdefault, because the Xdefault file looks fine.
