10 10 the best
9 9 excellent
I liked your icons , they are very nice, but maybe instead of gnome logo on the files maybe you used another image, is only my opinion, thank you
Its nice to know that you like the icon set. As for gnome icons in dir, I have different sets of image different DE (https://rudrab.github.io/dual/#installation). May be I will create another one without any logo. Please dont forget to upvote.
I really like this icon set, but I can't get it to work under Budgie. Whenever I place the icons in /usr/share/icons and then select the icon set in settings, the entire task bar is messed up (things such as Bluetooth, WiFi and volume as gone). Individual icons within folders however look fine. Any plans to support Budgie DE in the future?
Hi, Thanks for reporting this. Though I have never used Budgie, I will definitely try to support it. Can you show me a screenshot of what is going wrong, and if you have a gnome installation if it is working fine there?
Please visit below link for reference: https://imgur.com/a/lRIPvAZ Unfortunately, I don't have a GNOME installation, I'm running Budgie DE on Solus, my only Linux distro right now.
9 9 excellent I liked everything except the folder icons. I don't like the gnome logo on it, it makes it feel weird in my opinion. I rather just the plain blue icon as it looks simplistic and nice
superzetcon: hmm...I think I will update a separate set of icons for that. Few other people has also echoed the same.
Hey! I loved the icons but i have a feedback to make. In the ubuntu software, the icons for the stars are way too big, they occupy the entire screen. I hope this gets updated soon but thanks for the icons
superzecton: Yes, I am also facing the same issue. I am looking at it, but don't have any clue yet. I will definitely update is as soon as possible.
7 7 good
8 8 great
thanks a lot. Don't hesitate to let me know if you are missing an icon.
Still missing most if not all those icons i told you about previously and the icons at the top of dolphin do not show up and they must be monochrome for the top of Dolphin file manager. Colored icons are not gonna work for the top of the file manager.I want to see what i am putting in my icons folder before I just plop it in there.Never seen icons packaged that way.
I checked the breeze icon theme. The problem is breeze in intrinsically monochrome, unlike adwaita, where monochrome is named as symbolic. I am trying to provide icons fro dolphin, so that they look homogeneous. but it will probably take some time. Also, if you are in github, can you raise an issue there?
Your packaging the icons wrong. When I extract the icons in KDE there is NO containing folder so say I extract them in my downloads folder then about 20 folders going flying into my downloads folder. They should extract out into a Dual folder.
