The default Breeze Plasma Splash modified to use a backround image.

You can modify the background image after install by replacing ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/com.yuenhoe.BreezeWithBackground/contents/splash/images/background.jpg with your own image.

The default image is licensed CC0 and taken from https://www.pexels.com/photo/art-artistic-bright-color-220320/
