A Transparent shell theme compatible with "Adwaita" with Blue active hover and buttons .
Reworked to go with the "Yaru" icon-theme.
Original "css" is from Numix Gnome Shell 3.28 by jcarle with many modifications .

Both Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 18.10 versions work .
Version 2.1 put in transition timings and removed button border for a cleaner look .
move to desktop extract then open the folder and extract the theme to your home/.themes folder or as admin computer/user/share/themes.
select theme with gnome-tweak-tool .
