Description:

updated cinnamon 4.0.
It's an azur beads theme with transparent panel, start menu,etc...
based on the "Cinnamon" theme of Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon 4.0
If you try it, i hope you will enjoy.

Credits: solsticeman (AvionX theme) for editing the start menu bottom particularly suitable for this theme.

Installation:
extract the content into your ~/.theme folder
