Thanks to the old Vimix theme, XFCE Colour theme pack consists of 7 themes of different colours each:
XFCE Colour
XFCE Colour Beryl
XFCE Colour Doder
XFCE Colour Pink
XFCE Colour Purple
XFCE Colour Ruby
XFCE Colour Yellow
Each theme has a light (XFCE Colour Lite) and a dark (XFCE Colour Dark) variations.
Installation
Non-root Installation
Download and decompress the file (e.g.,
tar -xzvf XFCE_Colour_Lite.tartar -xzvf XFCE_Colour_Dark.tarRoot Installation
If you want to make it available for all users, then with root privileges:
Download and decompress the file and copy the contents to /usr/share/themes/ directory. Don't forget to change the ownership and group to root.
Finally change the theme from the xfce4 settings manager.

Arch xfce started revving fans up and didn't stop until I removed the theme.
As I said earlier, that happens only with whiskermenu. The CPU usage goes higher. That could be fixed, but it so far changes the button layout. For the time being: Go to Settings -> Panel -> Appearance -> Style -> Select `Solid Colour` or `Background image` This will fix the issue
I have tested this on XFCE 4.12 and 4.13, so far switching the panel style from 'None' to something else is a quick fix! But removing xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin will also fix it, but that's not a good solution!
Icons on desktop do not have shadow backgrounds romoved.
Xfce panel. The pulse audio is white on panel in dark theme. Whisker is white on panel in dark theme. Why make the xfwm4 a different color than the top of thunar?

The xfwm4 and menu differs by colour, and I think it looks a bit better. Say with the pink, yellow/ruby/dark and beryl/doder all differs in the dark theme. It just to give a different look and feel...

9 + Loved this theme, specially the dark version, but there are some issues with it. buttons missing outlines and menus in some XFCE apps ,like mousepad, get jumbled up. Check this https://imgur.com/a/Kshl30n
I have really modified it in mousepad and geany, so far I didn't see anything! It's weird... May I ask what are the versions of both mousepad and XFCE?

Lovely themes. I just have a problem with some system icons like power manager and sound applets + start button on xfce4-panel, showing as white: https://i.imgur.com/CWb4kce.png hope this can be fixed. thank you!
