The service menu for the Dolphin file Manager to scan the file or directory under the cursor in Dr. web ver 10 .
In order for the menu item to appear in the file Manager, unzip the contents of the archive and copy to the directory:
/usr/share/kservices5./ ServiceMenus / .
Ps I Hope in the next release the developers will add this feature to the product, I will be glad to learn about the usefulness of this menu.

Для того что-бы пункт меню появился в файловом менеджере распакуйте содержимое архива и скопируйте в директорию:
/usr/share/kservices5./ServiceMenus/
