Thank you for your feedback! I use this theme everyday and I can confirm what you are saying, probably because the majority of its components have a flat look over a "everything blurred" look. Blur is cool but it is also a high resource demanding feature.

You should not add the look-and-feel theme itself as a dependency in your metadata.desktop since it could create some issues --> https://forum.opendesktop.org/t/could-this-be-possible/17706/4
