these splash screens are all mostly related with the small dots circles. it also comes from an original splash screen, so it would be good if you all connect the relationships from where you cloned all your copies.

Download the file, then in Home / Hiden Files> .local / share / plasma (If it is not, create the plasma folder), then in the plasma folder, create a folder look-and-feel. In this folder extract the file you downloaded.

System Settings / Workspace Theme / Splash Screen, and you should have a new theme.
