Dolphin (Show Hidden Files) .local> share> plasma> look-and-feel> org.kde.KDE-Plasma-LinuxForOpenMinds.desktop> contents> splash> images (set the background you want, but be named: background. png)
Text: Dolphin (Show Hidden Files) .local> share> plasma> look-and-feel> org.kde.KDE-Plasma-LinuxForOpenMinds.desktop> contents> splash (open the Splash.qml file).
Lines 141 and 168 are for text. Write whatever you want.
