Patch for KPowerSave v0.7.3 for using pretty icons. How to use it, and icons theme, which you can see on screenshot - you can download at http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=95754.
Gentoo users can get pathed KPowerSave by adding "rion" overlay ( layman -o http://rion-overlay.googlecode.com/files/rion-overlay.xml -f -a rion ) and enabling "icons" use-flag.
