Could you tell me how to make screen shots like that?? The ones turned sideways where you can see more than one menu at a time. It would be appreciated.

You don't have this? I don't know I just not use the global menu panel and then menus will appear on the app
The middle part in your screen shot above . The middle section only is what I want to know about. How do you get it to do that. I want to add several menus like that stacked sideways like that in a screen shot.
