Baebae look and feel is a simple grey/blue look and feel theme with blurred Plasma theme

I am using a brown background so you can see the blue better. Blue doesn't show up well on screenshots with some colors.

All new base colors and mostly all the entire theme is new and better. Also new style Aurorae theme too.
