Plasma Themes breeze dark kdeplasma light theme
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): https://github.com/doncsugar/genome-light-theme
Ultra: Unique redesign of Breeze
Classic: Somewhat refined and softened Breeze
Vanilla: Nearly stock Breeze, only includes Genome's icons
Inverted: Dark version of Ultra
The Contrast Effect is recommended for readability with Ultra.
Suggestions and critiques are welcome and desired to determine which assets need to be adjusted.
Changes to Breeze:
-Better isolated task indicators and states
-Continued accented wire-frame icon theme
-Made internet/bt tray info more readable instead of less
-Several minor improvements to clarity

4.0.0 and 3.0.0 Milestone Update 1 year ago
Changes:
+ Shadows of menus have been changed for more dimensionality
+ Notifications icons were updated for latest Plasma
+ Vanilla version added to stay truer to Breeze
+ Higher resolution icons in Networks have been added
+ Vault, Updates, Mail, and Calendar Home have icons
? Lock Screen refuses to make 16x16 battery icon white automatically like the virtual keyboard
Changes in Classic and Ultra:
+ New frames for content
+ Highlights have been refined to look smoother in many cases
Quick Fix 1 year ago
Changes:
+ Fixed button that had a hardcoded color. All themes should technically be able to adapt to all color schemes if you remove the colors file, but light and dark themes may need some tweaking of the Contrast Effect values (found in metadata.desktop).
Additions:
+ New inverted version for those who wanted a darker Genome
1.8.8 and 3.1.2 Update 1 year ago
Rounded corners and file clean-ups.
Changes to basic:
+ Themed clock added
+ Minor adjustments to messy files
Changes in ultra in addition to basic:
+ Fixed poor margins on buttons
+ Rounded the corners of some menus
+ Made panel slightly more contrasted for better readability
1.8.6 and 3.0.0 Update 1 year ago
Smaller refinements and polishing done.
Changes to basic:
+ Gave buttons shadows like the rest of the system has
+ Changed battery icon for better contrast
+ Made more modern-looking KDE Connect icon
+ Changed phone icon as well
Changes to ultra in addition to basic:
? printer icon may be a lost cause at larger scales
1.7.2 and 2.9.4 Update 1 year ago
Many changes for transparency were made.
Changes to basic:
+ imported rounded headers in system tray
+ imported testing's highlight for items (e.g. networks and BT devices)
+ (tried) to add shadows to tray menus
+ scrollbars should expand like they normally do in system
+ improved lighting of progress colors
+ updated to newer breeze keyboard icon
- reverted volume slider to stock
Changes to ultra in addition to classic:
+ imported 1px highlights for buttons/checkboxes, sliders
+ imported accented selection highlight from testing
+ more rounded things
+ tweaked Contrast Effect to show a bit more color with blur
? The difference in color between highlights may be a decline in aesthetic appeal
? The blur may substantially decrease readability
1.1.2 Update 1 year ago
Imported some changes from testing:
+ new volume slider
+ fixed poor contrast in text fields
+ space added between notification and spinner

I am not entirely sure what you are asking for, but if you want a dark theme, download the 'ultra-inverted' edition. I assume you already have a color scheme that you are using. Genome can adapt to color schemes. Navigate to the theme's folder (~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/genome-light-ultra-inverted/) and rename or delete the file named 'colors'. Reapply the theme and it will change to whatever color scheme you are currently using. I recommend 'Zion (Reversed)' or 'Black Velvet' for a nice monochromatic theme.
If you still have questions, feel free to ask.
