After the new Steam Library Beta hit, Valve ditched the scrollbar arrows; so now there is no need to add them.
Regardless of my opinion of the scrollbar arrow buttons, they have gone by the wayside.
Now I guess the only thing left is a full Kvantum theme to match. I wonder if you can use the assets included with Steam. Their license isn't really known for their graphic assets, but since this is a fan made work & people have distributed steam skins in the past using Valve's assets, I don't see Valve having an issue with it. They may even adopt this theme in a future SteamOS version.
They work but you waste time cleaning up the traced bitmaps. For now I've changed widget style in the look-and-feel to Fusion which matches better than Breeze.
Started on a Kvantum but decided life's too short. The Steam client can be themed as well so didn't make sense to invest all that time in a Kvantum. Made this qtcurve instead: https://www.pling.com/p/1326297/.

Thanks for the vote. I've updated Plasma scrollbars and the colorscheme. As for buttons, do you mean Plasma buttons or the window decoration?

Hmm... Kvantum theme - a whole lotta work (Steam assets are bitmaps so not re-usable). I'll take a look at it on the weekend.
Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. Inkscape has some tools for outlining bitmaps, but I've never done it before.
