Description:

LARGE UPDATE:
It has been about 7 months as of now (August 2020) that I have done anything with this.
Now- ADDED over 300 new icons, including mostly App Icons.
Fixes - general improvements and Icon enhancements.

NOTE: Some icons exist In this theme but are not used by the system. This is because the app looking for the icon is directed to look in a different folder than you Icons Folder. For example, if you use Firestorm, then it looks for the Firestorm_icon.png in the Firestorm directory Folder (if you left it in downloads, that is where it still is).
If you use Discord by installed it with Snap, then it gets the discord.png icon from the Snap Folder it is in. You can replace those icons in Snap Folders or App folders, or create a symlink -whichever suits you best.

Fix for icon text being offset on desktop on XFCE4:
In terminal, please run:
xfconf-query -c xfce4-desktop -p /desktop-icons/center-text -n -t bool -s false

Please Note: Apps menu is my own Modification of Whiskermenu and it is not included with theme. Currently, it pretty much only works on my machine because it is being held up with strings and duck tape by Python Script.
UPDATE: I have made some patches that can give an Aeznis Backdrop to ZorinMenuLite.

I have recently discovered PCMan's "gtk-nocsd" product. You can read here:
https://github.com/PCMan/gtk3-nocsd
It is available in repositories and can be installed from terminal.
What This Does: It disables gtkClientSideDecoration on apps that use it, allowing the Window Manager to do so.
Given the current trend and the news that XFCE 4.16 will fully switch to CSD (Becoming like Gnome 3) and will remove XFWM4 (No more XFCE Window manager which is why many of us switched to XFCE desktop in the first place) - It is very important to let the developers know whether you disagree with this decision. (I have done so- Loudly.)
https://mail.xfce.org/pipermail/xfce/2019-October/036684.html
https://mail.xfce.org/pipermail/xfce/2019-October/036689.html
Currently, the developers do not seem to be listening. Rather, they feel they should explain to us, the users, why what they want for us (and themselves) is what we should want, too.
If you disagree with XFCE removing XFWM and replacing it with GNome 3 CSD, please use the links and Be Heard.

"Some of the best icons ever made for linux. Unfortunately its old and has not been updated. Icon scaling and new applications have issues... I have been hoping for several years that someone would update this easily # 1 icon theme but my hopes have been dashed :-( lol lol. I still hold out that one day.... maybe one day... we will all get an update!"

"Did someone say... Update wanted?
Please allow some time, but challenge accepted. "
----------

Regrets... I've had a few...
What I did not realize at the time was that the Icon Set I agree to Update doesn't exist. Tiggs never made an icons set for the GT3 theme he created for Windowblinds (His GT3 theme used the standard system icons) and therefore, JamesHardy was unable to complete the set for his theme. He started the project and I believe... He filled in all gaps temporarily with the Preface Icon theme that was adapted for the Azenis Desktop Theme. This was left incomplete, perhaps due to the advent of Gnome 3 as well as Tiggs moving on to other projects at that time, many years ago.

What this left was there were only about 26 actual GT3 Icons made at that time. But an Icon set contains a few hundred.
What THIS left was that I had to fill in the gaps by creating a bunch of icons because...
" at the time was that the Icon Set I agree to Update doesn't exist."

Well, now it does.

What can I say, I'm a wildman.

I am no artist and I am not known for my creativity. Perhaps another person can do better, in which case; It's FOSS, Baby! Download, make it your own, Modify, add, subtract, create- improve it and share it.
But for now, as my word was given: Update Given, challenge (...Challenge... SIGH) accepted and answered.

The Scalable Icons in this are currently default. I got tired, sorry. I MAY update the Scalables in the future. But this set should work on most systems. I also skipped the Emblems folder, entirely. Who uses emblems? I will update this set in a couple weeks with new emblems. At a 22 day wait time mentioned above, I wanted to get this set posted sooner, rather than later.
I hope you enjoy and as always, let me know of any hitches or Bugs. OR Screw ups. I do that too, sometimes.

BUGFIX: Fix for icon text being offset or oddly shadowed: In terminal, please run:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-desktop -p /desktop-icons/center-text -n -t bool -s false

This is an XFCE 4.12 thing, not related to the icon sets.

kewltoyz, please see here for XFCE: https://www.pling.com/p/1344632/
Please see here for Budgie or Gnome: https://www.pling.com/p/1345149/
I have not, at this time, branched into KDE themes- Theme should work on Mate, but I have not yet made a Cinnamon Desktop theme to accompany it .
I have not updated or looked these over in a while, so they may need some work- Please let me Know if you find anything wrong with the theme.

Fantastick! Thanks, nice work! I just tried out Nitrux to play with KDE Plasma and the Distro is pretty cool. Just won't work after it updates. Tried half dozen times full reinstall on 2 machines with the same results. I think I'll try Neon next.

Tedm40, there is actually more than one:
GT3 and GT3OS. Please see these, Keep In Mind these are gtk2 only and will not work on GTK3.
https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1079034/
https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1014872/

I actually have both on standby as Possible Future Projects to move up to GTK3, but have not yet started. Is this a request?
