This icon & folder Theme Is part of the User-Request-Series.
Some people rely on Solarized themes to get them through those long days and nights, doing their thing - and a few of those folks have put forth they are tired of the icons already available - and likewise wish to liven things up a bit. Well, we hope you're pleased!
These Modern-Numix icons and folders have been carefully crafted to match the hues for Solarized desktop schemes, but they can surely compliment other desktop themes that sport matching color hues.

Manual Installation Is Easy:
1) Extract the "tar.xz" file into your "~/.icons/" folder - to install for current user only - or into the "/usr/share/icons/" folder - for the icons and folders to be applied globally. 2) Use the GNOME Tweak Tool or an equivalent app to enable them for your desktop.
Logging out and then logging back in may be necessary on some operating systems to fully implement icons and folders.

161 modifications to Solarized-Red-Tab. Most notably, the signature tabs for the red flavor, as well as the folder graphics sporting red, are now coded to render less bright. For definition and attractiveness, a modicum more saturation has been added, within the same hue. Screenshots have been updated to reflect modifications.
