1. Em configurações você terá que alterar o estilo das aplicações, que será de Breeze para Kvantum. Possivelmente você terá que instalar o pacote kvantum conforme a sua distribuição Linux. Em Manjaro o pacote se chama "kvantum-manjaro"
Uma vez instalado, alterado o motor de estilo e salvado, você poderá abrir a aplicação kvantum-manager. Nesta, você poderá selecionar os temas e configurá-los de acordo com os seus gostos.
Para instalar este tema, basta selecionar a pasta com esses dois arquivos no kvantum-manager, clicar no botão correspondente e depois selecionar o tema. Espero isso o ajude, um abraço.

The description of the recommendations field on the Github page, is mentioning the Layan theme, the correct one would be ChromeOS-kde.

It's a bug, but I don't know how to fix this!
