How do i install this? I see kvconfig and svg file I don't know how this works sorry!

Irei escrever em português, espero que consiga traduzir adequadamente. Vamos aos passos:

1. Em configurações você terá que alterar o estilo das aplicações, que será de Breeze para Kvantum. Possivelmente você terá que instalar o pacote kvantum conforme a sua distribuição Linux. Em Manjaro o pacote se chama "kvantum-manjaro"

Uma vez instalado, alterado o motor de estilo e salvado, você poderá abrir a aplicação kvantum-manager. Nesta, você poderá selecionar os temas e configurá-los de acordo com os seus gostos.

Para instalar este tema, basta selecionar a pasta com esses dois arquivos no kvantum-manager, clicar no botão correspondente e depois selecionar o tema. Espero isso o ajude, um abraço.

9 Analyzing its disclosure image, when the Dolphin window is inactive, the icon is black and the text is white, when the window is active, both are white, which I think would be correct in both situations.
Would that be a bug?

Please create a dark variant, where the windows background has the same color and blur level as the panel, menus, etc ...
The result would be very beautiful and consistent. <3

The description of the recommendations field on the Github page, is mentioning the Layan theme, the correct one would be ChromeOS-kde.
