allready check it for plasma6 , i don't have made sddm themes, but there is really les themes in the selector of plasma6 WM, maybe is there also made a plasma6 filter at the sddm-themes, you could check it in your product-config pulldown menus.. best regards and wishes :) *wave*
edit /etc/sddm.conf or files in /etc/sddm.conf.d and look for a line that starts 'InputMethod='. Change it to just 'InputMethod=' (nothing after the = sign). Can you post a pic of what the KDE1 should look like? Oh, and a vote would be nice ;)

that is, just supress that part in the red square, and make a that info within the regular grey box, all of this while using the KDE1 colorscheme (more similar to Windows 95 than to Windows98/2000).

Great theme! However it always activates the on-screen keyboard in my case (using Plasma 6, the latest version) I'd love to see a KDE1 variant.
