I took out the icons that came with this theme so that the default icons can be used instead. Then I used yeyushengfan258's start menu icon from the Win7OS Plasma Theme . Found here: https://store.kde.org/p/1394309
Added a start.png icon to the icon folder of style in case svg icon won't work. Will have to manually apply!
It's with the current Icon theme I'm using. Other than that, it's all good. Just need to change it to something else in the settings. I was more focused on the bigger picture when putting the pieces together from other developers themes. All for a global theme.

The profile picture of the user in the start menu is not properly centered.
