Description:

Walcol

Walcol generates a Plasma global theme colored by your current wallpaper. You can use the included window decoration or stay with the default. Walcol uses colorz.

Requirements

pip install colorz

Installation

To install, just run ./install.sh in a terminal. A menu entry will appear under 'Settings'.

Note: you need to set your own wallpaper before using Walcol.

Global Themes

Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.
