10 With Plasma 6.2.5 is working perfectly. Nice blast from the past - back in time (XP time - I was doing XP theming too ...).
Haven't worked on themes for a while. Good to know its still working.

I like it with Oxygen icons but I chose that particular theme for the screenshot because of the simple black toolbar icons.
