How To Instruction:
Follow instruction on https://github.com/y4my4my4m/kde-shader-wallpaper and install KDE Plasma - Shader Wallpaper plugin
copy of that instruction: 1. Right click on your desktop > Configure Desktop 2. Click on the "Get New Plugins" button 3. Search and Install the latest version of "Shader Wallpaper"
After instalation close and open again 1. Right click on your desktop > Configure Desktop 2. Select Shaders as type of Wallpapers 3. Shader path select file Cube_Lines.frag

Advanced Shader options: By default shader repeat same pattern like in preview on shadertoy. Look on defines in Cube_Lines.frag file to change Shader animation. Example uncomment #define BG_ALPHA to make blue background transparent, and set image for iChannel0 as background.

This shader caught my eye as I was browsing shadertoy.com
I'm not sure why it's 18MB, but if somehow you can reduce the filesize, feel free to submit a pull-request on github so we can add it to the official list of shader wallpaper.

about size - its 6Mb only, and 5.9Mb of those is size of two 4k png images
I think you can just copy-paste code from shadertoy shader to your wallpaper plugin, this download has shadertoy shader copy 1:1
