Description: This is a slightly modified version of the Breeze Light theme. Created for personal use.
The intention of this work was to keep the environment as close as possible to what Breeze delivers by default, but making adjustments for a better appearance with light tones and without using very bright colors that can tire the eyes easily.
Three changes were made:
1. The white colors have been changed to approximate more than a gray, but without changing the contrast needed for a good reading of the text.
2. The blue of the hightlight has been changed to a color closer to purple. The theme of breeze icons is not good with light colors, so I use the Papirus theme, and as the purple color matches more with the icon folders of this theme, I decided to change it. (you may want to change this in the shell theme too, see details below)
3. The active and background windows have the same colors. Those in the background no longer have the header color changed, as with Breeze Light.
I strongly recommend that you use the Papirus icon theme with this color scheme. In addition, the dark panel (with the twilight breeze) brings an essential contrast to differentiate the applications and the shell.
To change the classic blue from breeze to the purple of this color scheme, copy the folder /usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/breeze-dark/ to your profile, ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/put-a-name-here and change the fields where it contains 61,174,233 to 82,148,226. Don't forget to change the theme name in the metadata.desktop file

10 A great middle-ground between Breeze (too light) and Breeze dark. Reminds a bit of MacOS coloring.
