99 excellent - Very well done! My only reason for not rating a "10" is
1) Lack of Latte support
2) Windows menu icon
Otherwise it's looking good on the desktop :)

The notification icon available in the system tray, the bubble is in blue, it would be interesting if it adopts the highlight color of the specific theme.
In the screen capture is like this, I do not know if the final theme is like this.

Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.
