Such a wonderful theme ! Glory to the creator ! The clock is an amazing art work. The only thing I would change is the make the top panel similar to the dock - with rounded corner and not spanning the whole screen. Thanks !!!!
Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.

It looks awesome, but pressing Meta key to bring up Plasma menu is disabled for some reason. I also get a bit of flickering (panel) using Xorg.
DId not find this issue on my desktop, is only this theme have this issue on your desktop?

You can try make latte as a panel
