Description: Unicyclesynced Ani-15 plymouth theme is a modern boot theme with nice loading animation (preview doesn't show much of it really) that can be virtually used in any distro - its logo has been designed with intent of bringing various Linux distros a bit closer, but you may use it also if it suits you in another way =) Unicyclesynced Ani-15 is like Unicyclesynced Ani-14 but is slightly different A note after I thought: Unicyclesynced doesn't relate to unicycles, it refers more to such thing as universal cycles
This theme can be obtained from my Gumroad store site (it's a good one): Unicyclesynced Ani-15 Dark Gray - https://gum.co/nfiqt Unicyclesynced Ani-15 Torquoise - https://gum.co/ubmva Unicyclesynced Ani-15 Light Gray Darker - https://gum.co/whbdf If you like this, please think about donationwaring, it will certainly help and it won't be misspent, I assure every sign of support is appreciated and provides me virtual-to-real encouragement elevation to do more, perhaps I should assure you once again that I don't do it primarily for currency (because TBH I think there are other things than doing things just for money) but it helps a bit. Donating is possible while at the site where you get the "product" and at https://paypal.me/taomarku.
Don't be shy, give it a try, hesitation isn't good for you, trust me, I'm your best advisor ;-). I believe in you capability to download and set it up, after all what have you got to lose, if you don't like it you can always bin it and once you change your mind, bring it back.
If using Ubunt/Mint and it's not displaying, do "sudo apt-get install plymouth-themes" with update-initramfs, etc. after
PS. I've just noticed that on some displays on preview it looks like logo isn't centered but it is so on the bootsplash, awa if you zoom the preview, you'll also see this.

10Hi, the theme just in the images looks amazing to me, I would love to try it but when I try to install it from the KDE store I get error 255 when trying to run the command:
kplymouththemeinstaller -i /home/ethan/.local/share/kplymouththemeinstaller/info-where.png
could you please help me
hey, you have to get theme with links in description, I'm not sure if you can install it with store from file, typically you unarchive it to /usr/share/plymouth/themes, console would be used for commands that do the rest, you didn't say what Linux version you use, if it's Ubuntu or based on Ubuntu, this tutorial explains nice how to do that - https://youlikesome.wordpress.com/2019/12/24/simple-few-steps-procedure-for-installing-plymouth-splash-screens-boot-screens-in-ubuntu-18-04/. You can start from step 3 or read all. U know, it occurs that you passed over 2 places where it was put you would dl with link ;) but let's forget that, what Linux sys are you using? :)
First of all thank you for helping me with this.
I don't know what you mean by "U know, it occurs that you passed over 2 places where it was put you would dl with link ;) but let's forget that" English is not my native language so I might be missing something, sorry.
Regarding playmouth I tried what you said and I got this error when I ran "sudo update-initramfs -u".
I: The initramfs will attempt to resume from /dev/sda2
I: UUID=XXXXXXXXX
I: Set the RESUME variable to override this.
I fixed it with
echo "RESUME=UUID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" | sudo tee /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
sudo update-initramfs -u -k all
reboot
after that I followed the steps again, this time everything seems to be ok but when I start my system or shutdown it I don't see any animation.
I think I'm going to give up, too bad because your theme looks great and I congratulate you for it.
My system is KDE neon 20.04, based on ubuntu
Thank you for saying these things!, perhaps you could try one more time - motivation can be lost if it doesn't work but: I have downloaded installed KDE Neon in virtual machine and made my splash show, the one it had wasn't too nice-looking - steps to do: https://sharetext.me/lapr1uwkxo, if it doesn't do it, I will understand stopping after that...
